Triple system with eclipsing close binary pair of RS CVn or Algol type (P = 4.62978 d). Physical parameters: M₁ = 1.36 M_Sol, R₁ = 3.56 R_Sol, M₂ = 1.34 M_Sol, T₁ = 5531 K.
Third companion star is a late F dwarf (HD 150708 B spT F8V) 8.52 arcseconds away (1,273 AUs at 154 pc).
Liao & Qian (2010) do not exclude an unseen massive (M₃ ≥ 6.43 M_Sol) fourth body in the system with orbital period about 112 y (a < 14.4 AUs), either a B type star or a black hole.
